About the role
Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is seeking a motivated HR Officer to join its team in Benghazi. You will support the HR department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment to ensure a smooth and productive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Track attendance and process leave requests.
- Update and maintain employee records and databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Organise onboarding activities for new hires.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic HR reports.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
