About the role
We are looking for a Market Manager to lead Denk Pharma’s commercial activities in Libya. The successful candidate will own the market’s budget, drive sales across pharmacies, wholesalers and healthcare professionals, and act as the bridge between the Libyan market and our headquarters in Munich.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans, including product launches, HCP engagement and pharmacy promotions.
- Ensure Denk Pharma products are available, visible and actively sold at point of sale, identifying and closing gaps quickly.
- Lead, coach and hold accountable a team of Sales and Medical Representatives and Supervisors, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, doctors and key opinion leaders.
- Monitor sales performance, spot deviations early and adjust tactics to meet revenue targets.
- Define and implement multi‑year growth strategies for Libya in close alignment with the Munich head office.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector.
- At least 5 years of experience launching products in challenging environments similar to Libya.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop sales teams.
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of distributor management and pharmacy networks.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
