Construction Manager (Civil Engineer) – Libya Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee all on‑site construction activities for a large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure project in Libya.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site construction activities and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity, and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Resolve technical and operational issues while ensuring smooth workflow between disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards, monitor inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate site activities with the project schedule, identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Prepare construction progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager and Technical Office.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience in large‑scale, high‑standard superstructure projects such as hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, mixed‑use developments, commercial complexes, or residential towers.
• Strong site management skills.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Libya.
