Field Verification Officer (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Field Verification Officers to join our verification operations team. The role involves visiting client or employee locations to confirm address and employment details, supporting both on‑site and remote verification processes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer or employee locations to verify addresses.
• Confirm employment information by traveling to company offices when needed.
• Assist with education and document verification activities.
• Conduct phone‑based verification checks.
• Update verification records in the system promptly.
• Capture photos and field evidence using mobile applications.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports within deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Report any incorrect or unclear data to the operations team.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in field verification, banking, telecom, collections, field sales or similar roles.
• Graduate degree.
• Comfortable with local travel; own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in the local language; basic English preferred.
