Junior Videographer for EU Outreach Project

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Videographer to support its EU policy communication outreach project across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf. The role involves capturing high‑quality video content for conferences, workshops, official visits and other events, contributing to the EU’s visibility in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Film and record video material during conferences, workshops, press events and official visits.
• Produce video assets for websites, social media, promotional campaigns and institutional communications.
• Assist in pre‑production tasks such as planning, scripting and shot preparation.
• Collaborate with producers, editors and communication specialists to ensure coherent visual storytelling.
• Manage and maintain filming equipment, ensuring technical quality throughout shoots.
• Organise, archive and catalogue footage for future reuse.
• Ensure all multimedia outputs comply with EU branding and communication guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional training or equivalent experience in videography.
• Access to professional filming equipment.
• Fluent working knowledge of English.
• Minimum two years general videography experience, including at least one year filming institutional or event content.
