Physiotherapist – Rehabilitation Team

About the role

Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Libya, is expanding its sports medicine and rehabilitation services. The organisation seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive care to inpatient and outpatient populations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality‑based interventions for musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, paediatric, or general rehabilitation cases.
• Document clinical notes accurately in line with DHP/QCHP standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and sports medicine specialists.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, home‑exercise programmes, and self‑management.
• Participate in quality‑assurance audits and continuing professional development activities.

Required profile

• Recognised BSc or MSc degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Successful licensing with Libya's Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) and completion of the Libya‑specific Prometric physiotherapy exam.
• Current Certificate of Good Standing from the most recent regulatory body.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
