First Team Goalkeeping Coach

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious First Team Goalkeeping Coach to join our elite technical staff in Libya’s premier football institution. You will work in a high‑performance environment, aligning specialized goalkeeper training with the club’s tactical model and supporting top‑tier players.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver elite goalkeeper training sessions.
• Provide technical and psychological support to first‑team goalkeepers.
• Lead match‑day preparation and post‑match analysis.
• Assist in scouting and talent identification for future goalkeepers.

Required profile

• Minimum UEFA B Goalkeeping License and CAF A License.
• Proven track record in professional or high‑level semi‑professional environments.
• Deep understanding of modern goalkeeping methodologies and data‑based performance analysis.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
• Fluent English (required); Arabic highly desirable.
• Age between 26 and 40 years.
