Head of Marketing

About the role

seyartech, Libya's first structured digital vehicle marketplace, is seeking a Head of Marketing to shape and own its brand identity. You will lead all visual and communication aspects, turning ideas into compelling content that captures the Libyan audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a sharp, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Design and direct visual assets such as social posts, campaign graphics, dealer materials, app‑store assets, and brand collateral.
• Plan and execute the launch campaign and ongoing content calendar on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Transform platform data (listings, dealer milestones, market trends) into engaging content.
• Create and manage physical marketing materials for dealer partners, including stickers, banners, and sales collateral.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Strong visual design sense with a portfolio that demonstrates impact.
• Proven experience running end‑to‑end marketing, preferably in a startup or fast‑moving brand.
• Deep understanding of Libyan/Arabic culture and audience preferences.
• Independent decision‑maker who can work autonomously and move fast.

Required skills

• Design tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Social media management: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Short‑form video creation and editing.
• Influencer coordination and campaign execution.
