Junior Research & Policy Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Non-Key Expert – Research & Policy Analyst to support technical assistance assignments for the EU‑funded “Egypt Downtown Facility” project. The role involves conducting research, collecting and analysing data, preparing background material and contributing to studies, assessments, reports and policy papers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct desk research, literature reviews and policy analysis to inform EU‑Egypt partnership initiatives.
• Collect, structure and analyse quantitative and qualitative information for studies, assessments and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international relations, public policy, development studies or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, including desk research, literature reviews and policy analysis.
• Fluent English (C1); Arabic highly desirable; French an asset.
