Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the day‑to‑day activities of Seyartech’s admin panel. You will act as the gatekeeper of platform quality, ensuring that dealer listings, account verifications, and data requests meet our standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, approve or reject vehicle listings submitted by dealers based on image quality, price accuracy, completeness and policy compliance.
• Process dealership KYC applications by verifying trade licences, proof of address and other legitimacy documents.
• Handle dealer requests such as new make/model additions, Arabic translation corrections, regional naming aliases and general account or listing issues.
• Monitor the moderation queue, respond to buyer reports, and manage the strike system for policy‑violating dealers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date vehicle database, adding new models as they enter the Libyan market.
• Identify recurring issues and report patterns to the founder and technical team.
• Achieve same‑day turnaround on all admin queue items.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to work through repetitive queues without losing accuracy.
• Strong written Arabic for reviewing and correcting Arabic content.
• Basic understanding of cars and specifications is a plus.
• Good judgement and the ability to make consistent decisions without constant escalation.
• Reliable and consistent, as the role directly impacts buyer and dealer experience.
