Solutions Consultant – Business Systems Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to drive the commercial side of our Business Systems portfolio in Libya. You will work from our Tripoli office, visit client sites, and showcase our cloud accounting platform Ally and HR solution DeviseHR in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach target clients across government, SMEs, schools, travel agencies and HR departments.
• Conduct discovery meetings to map current workflows, transaction volumes and system pain points.
• Deliver live, customized demonstrations of Ally and DeviseHR based on client operations.
• Define solution scope, prepare proposals, pricing and trial plans, and manage the sales cycle to collection.
• Translate client requirements into clear documentation for the engineering team and follow through to release.
• Support onboarding, hand over accounts to support, and contribute to pre‑sales activities on enterprise deals.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends and market objections, feeding insights into the product roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a client‑facing role with business software (ERP, accounting, POS, technical support, or systems administration).
• University qualification in information systems, IT or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to learn new systems independently.
• Familiarity with core business and financial concepts such as invoices, payments and customer balances.
