System Engineer (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated System Engineer to join our technical team in Tripoli. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals passionate about enterprise IT infrastructure and eager to work on real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, deployment and maintenance of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with virtualization solutions using VMware vSphere and related technologies.
• Support storage, backup and disaster recovery implementations, including Veeam.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on customer projects and datacenter initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Communications Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere and virtualization concepts.
• Understanding of storage technologies and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills and strong willingness to learn.
