Chief Commercial Officer – Lead Growth & Market Expansion

About the role

Alfnia, a leading aluminium manufacturer within Sulaiman Holding, seeks a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to drive commercial growth, expand market presence in Libya and internationally, and shape the company’s commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Alfnia’s overall commercial, sales, and market expansion strategy.
• Drive revenue growth and strengthen the company’s presence across Libya and targeted international markets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, major projects, and export opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, developers, consultants, distributors, and international partners.
• Develop new markets, distribution channels, and strategic commercial partnerships.
• Lead and develop the sales and commercial teams.
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, sales performance, forecasting, and commercial planning.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to align commercial activities with company objectives.
• Strengthen Alfnia’s brand positioning and visibility locally and internationally.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in commercial, sales, or business development leadership.
• Strong track record of revenue growth, market expansion, and winning new business.
• Deep knowledge of the Libyan market and business environment.
• Experience in international business, export sales, or market expansion.
• Established network within construction, real estate, manufacturing, or related sectors (advantageous).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
• Experience in aluminium, building materials, construction, or industrial manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
