Food & Beverage Director

About the role

The Food & Beverage Director will be fully accountable for growing the Caffe Casa brand across Libya. This senior leader will guide the operations team, ensure brand consistency, and drive market and sales expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations team to ensure all stores, staff and processes align with the brand identity.
• Deliver market and sales growth through strategic initiatives.
• Develop human capital resources to build successful management teams.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to explore new channels and formats.
• Monitor market trends to inform product opportunities.
• Participate actively in new store openings and site evaluation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operational experience combined with strong coaching abilities.
• Proven track record of leading profitable multi‑site operations.
• Minimum 10 years of multi‑unit management experience in food services (QSR, cafés, casual dining).
• Experience with store openings and ad‑hoc projects such as catering or events is a plus.
• Ability to inspire brand values and lead by example.
• Comfortable managing diverse cultures and nationalities; international experience is advantageous.
