About the role

We are looking for a proactive Part‑Time Marketing Manager to shape our brand image, generate leads, and support business growth. You will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi‑channel marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research, track trends, and perform competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch campaigns across digital, social, print, and event channels.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, ads, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, website traffic, and lead conversion rates.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Identify strategic partnerships to expand reach.
• Manage the marketing budget for cost‑effective execution.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• In‑depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is preferred.
