Procurement Specialist – Home Appliances

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead end‑to‑end purchasing for our home‑appliance brand Bella. Based in Tripoli, you will ensure the timely acquisition of components and finished goods while supporting the company’s expansion into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and track purchase orders for home‑appliance products and related materials.
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiating contracts to obtain competitive pricing and favourable terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to align purchasing with production and sales needs.
• Analyse market trends, quotations and spend data to drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and sustain strong vendor relationships and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain, preferably in consumer electronics or home‑appliance sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Knowledge of regional markets and import/export practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software or ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
