Product Manager (Food Delivery Platform)

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is seeking a data‑driven Product Manager to lead a cross‑functional squad. You will turn user problems into high‑value features, measure their impact, and continuously improve the product experience for millions of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle: define problems, write PRDs, set acceptance criteria, and guide engineering and design from discovery to launch.
• Analyze post‑launch performance using product analytics and user feedback to prioritize the backlog.
• Act as the voice of the customer by engaging directly with users and operational teams to uncover pain points.
• Coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business operations to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong product culture.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on product management experience delivering digital features.
• Fluent in Arabic and professionally proficient in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to pull and interpret data for decision‑making.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
