Senior Financial Analyst (Revenue and Cost)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will join UCC Energy to drive enterprise planning, forecasting and commercial analysis across its oil‑and‑gas operations. You will translate production, pricing, cost and risk assumptions into clear financial insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate long‑range plans, annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, forecast updates and driver analysis.
• Evaluate bids, tenders, contracts and commercial proposals.
• Build and review financial scenarios, including NPV, IRR, EMV, breakeven, affordability and sensitivities.
• Support capital ranking, portfolio affordability and post‑investment reviews.
• Maintain controlled financial models, KPI definitions, planning versions and decision records.
• Improve SAP, Power BI and reporting automation while ensuring governance and traceability.

Required profile

• Libyan national (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or another quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in oil and gas planning, performance, economics, commercial finance or investment analysis.
• Strong upstream oil and gas experience, preferably in an operator, non‑operated JV or integrated environment.
• Experience evaluating bids, tenders, contracts or commercial proposals.
• Fluent business English and ability to work in Doha with occasional travel.
