Senior Operations Manager Café Casa

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to drive the growth of the Café Casa brand in Libya. The role will oversee all store operations, ensure brand standards are met, and lead a diverse team to achieve market and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the expansion and profitability of Café Casa in Libya.
• Lead, coach and develop the operations team to maintain brand identity across all stores.
• Deliver market and sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop human capital and build successful management teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to explore new channels and formats.
• Monitor market trends and advise the brand on product opportunities.
• Participate actively in new store openings and evaluate potential locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of multi‑unit management experience in food service (QSR, cafés, casual dining).
• Proven track record of leading profitable multi‑site operations.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities, able to inspire brand values.
• Commercially astute, profit‑driven and comfortable managing multicultural teams.
• International work experience is a plus.
