About the role

The Social Media Specialist will join Growthly+ in Tripoli to develop and execute social‑media strategies that amplify the brand’s presence across multiple platforms. Working closely with the marketing team, the specialist will create engaging content, monitor performance, and adapt tactics to drive audience growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content plans and editorial calendars aligned with the approved marketing strategy.
• Write compelling captions and copy in Arabic and English that reflect each brand’s positioning.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the creative team to produce on‑brand visual assets.
• Schedule and publish posts on major social‑media platforms.
• Monitor content performance, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Track social‑media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and overall content effectiveness.
• Support the Social Media Manager with data‑driven recommendations for future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑media management, content planning, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good understanding of major social‑media platforms and best‑practice content guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
