Business Development Executive

About the role

Silsal Engineering Services, a growing startup in the engineering sector, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to work directly with management. You will help shape the company’s sales and marketing foundation while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and refining the company’s sales and business development strategy.
• Support the creation of sales processes, pipelines, and lead‑generation approaches.
• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
• Reach out to potential clients, establish relationships, and nurture prospects.
• Collaborate on marketing activities and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into signed clients.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and client database.
• Contribute to setting quarterly and six‑month growth targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and help build processes from scratch.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Interest in engineering, construction, real estate, or B2B services is a plus.
