Country Director – Libya

About the role

ClickBus is launching the first nationwide digital ticketing platform for bus transportation in Libya. We are seeking an entrepreneurial Country Director to lead the launch, build partnerships and scale operations across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute ClickBus’s market entry and growth strategy in Libya.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with transport companies and ticket‑sales agents.
• Create and manage a nationwide network of ticket sales partners.
• Negotiate strategic agreements and contracts.
• Recruit, lead and develop the local team.
• Collaborate closely with strategic partners to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive business growth, revenue generation and brand representation for ClickBus in Libya.

Required profile

• Strong business development background with proven results.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Existing network in Libya is a major advantage.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, fintech, travel or digital platforms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think like a founder.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Fluent Arabic; English is a plus.
