Customer Service Engineer (RT) – Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

The Customer Service Engineer (RT) will install, maintain and troubleshoot UIU diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. You will work closely with regional and headquarters Customer Care Centers to ensure equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install UIU diagnostic imaging systems within the assigned product range at customer locations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, maintenance and software updates under supervision.
• Participate in service training courses and pursue the UIU Professional Certificate.
• Escalate issues when customer satisfaction is at risk and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Perform on‑site training and replace spare parts as needed.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical associate degree or higher.
• Familiarity with the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (RT).
• Strong communication, coordination and customer‑oriented service attitude.
• Flexibility to travel, work unsociable hours and adapt to field conditions.
• Valid driving licence with a good driving record.

• Proficiency with IT tools, Microsoft Office and networking infrastructure.
