Cyber Security Instructor

About the role

The company is seeking a part‑time, on‑site Cyber Security Instructor in Tripoli to design and deliver training modules covering core cybersecurity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare curricula, training materials and hands‑on lab exercises using open‑source tools.
• Conduct classroom and lab sessions on network, application, information security, malware analysis and incident response.
• Assess learner performance through assignments and exams, and keep course content up‑to‑date with emerging threats.
• Mentor participants on career development and collaborate with the security services team to align training with real‑world SOC/NOC projects.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in cybersecurity, risk management and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in network security, application security and malware analysis.
• Prior experience teaching or delivering technical cybersecurity training.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, OSCP) or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Network security concepts, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and monitoring tools.
• Application security, secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation.
• Malware analysis using static and dynamic open‑source tools.
• Experience with SOC/SIEM, NOC and penetration‑testing environments.
