Dialysis Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dialysis Technologist to support safe and effective renal replacement therapy, with a focus on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT). The role involves operating dialysis equipment, preparing patients, monitoring treatments, and ensuring strict infection‑control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment for patient treatment.
• Assist with CRRT procedures and monitor therapy throughout treatment.
• Prepare patients, dialysis circuits, equipment, and consumables before procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient condition during dialysis.
• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Dialysis Technology.
• 2–3 years of relevant dialysis experience, including mandatory CRRT experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical and critical‑care environment.

Required skills

• Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) operation.
• Dialysis machine set‑up and troubleshooting.
• Patient monitoring and vital‑sign assessment during dialysis.
