Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our luxury fashion portfolio across retail and wholesale channels in Libya. You will design and execute high‑impact campaigns that reflect our premium brand identity while driving measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the company and its multi‑brand portfolio.
• Manage and coordinate brand communications, ensuring alignment with each brand’s guidelines.
• Oversee all digital channels, including social media, website content, campaigns, and paid media.
• Plan and manage digital marketing calendars, campaigns, and product launches in collaboration with retail and commercial teams.
• Analyze performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, traffic, conversion) and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate external agencies, freelancers, or content partners as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Content & Social Media Executive to maintain consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Support the development of e‑commerce and digital sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, social media platforms, and paid advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
