About the role

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, for high‑volume, on‑camera talent roles. The position offers full flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere while meeting continuous hiring demand.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial contact to final offer.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure fit.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, high‑quality hires.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
