Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Management position at Aryan Oil Services is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Tripoli, Libya. You will lead end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring that the workforce is recruited, developed, and supported in line with company objectives and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Libyan labor laws and company standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior HR experience in industrial, energy, or services sectors.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and inclusive workplace values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
