Legal Internship – International Commercial Law

About the role

Eltumi Partners is offering a structured internship that allows law students to work closely with its international commercial legal team. Interns will observe daily practice, contribute to research, and develop foundational skills in commercial law.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow senior lawyers on client matters and court filings.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on commercial disputes.
• Assist in preparing contract reviews and due‑diligence reports.
• Support the team with document management and filing.

Required profile

• Third or fourth‑year law student at a recognized Libyan or international university.
• Strong academic record and ability to analyse complex legal issues.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, hardworking, and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe tools for PDF handling.
