Medical Representative – Dermatology

About the role

Prohealth is expanding its Medical Scientific team in Libya and seeks a motivated Medical Representative to promote its dermo‑cosmetic brands, including La Roche‑Posay, Vichy and CeraVe. You will act as the primary link between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring product knowledge and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors, specialists, pharmacists and other stakeholders to promote pharmaceutical, medical device and dermatological products.
• Plan and organise daily work schedules to maximise coverage and efficiency.
• Maintain up‑to‑date, in‑depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.
• Prepare and manage promotional materials required for field activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
• Collaborate with the distributor’s sales team on product launch strategies and attend training programs.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the LDB Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, science, medicine or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid Libyan driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
