Medical Representative – Tripoli

About the role

EVA Pharma is seeking a passionate Medical Representative to join its team in Tripoli, Libya. You will play a key part in promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the company’s mission of improving health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products and drive sales growth by managing the territory and executing strategic plans targeting physicians in both institutional and private sectors.
• Develop and implement territory, account and call plans that include goals, action steps, timelines and resource allocation.
• Establish strong relationships with a broad base of healthcare constituents—including physicians, private hospitals, pharmacies, teaching hospitals and community health centers—through one‑on‑one sales presentations, group discussions and medical meeting exhibits.
• Design and execute creative strategies for key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to maximize product adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated professional with a genuine passion for healthcare and a drive to improve patient care in a competitive sales environment.
