About the role
Tamkeen International is seeking an experienced Odoo Implementer to join its Benghazi office. You will configure, customize and deploy Odoo ERP solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, ensuring smooth adoption and long‑term value.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional Odoo specifications.
- Design, configure and customise Odoo modules and workflows.
- Deploy and test solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.
- Provide training, user support and detailed documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise system performance and integration.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation and configuration.
- Strong background in business analysis and client needs identification.
- Technical proficiency in software customisation, database management and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering training and user support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
