Outdoor Sales Supervisor

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Tripoli leads the outdoor sales team, coordinating daily schedules and guiding representatives to meet revenue and coverage targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and track KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coach, train and motivate the field sales staff.
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse market trends.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales strategies and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.
• Team management and training experience to supervise and develop outdoor sales staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to organise field activities, plan routes and prioritise tasks.
• Previous experience in outdoor/field sales supervision or a similar commercial role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, focused on ethical target achievement.
• Comfort working on‑site in Tripoli with flexibility to travel locally.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
