Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to define hiring needs, create and manage job listings across social media, local portals and the Presto career site.
• Source candidates online and offline, screen resumes, conduct phone screenings and shortlist qualified applicants.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, perform background checks and guide hiring managers on interview techniques.
• Manage candidate communications, offers and hiring paperwork, maintain ATS and recruitment records.
• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans, track metrics such as time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or HR Officer focused on talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational ability, team spirit and a candidate‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with Google Workspace and database management tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, local job boards).
