Training Coordinator – Medical Programs

About the role

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of medical training programmes at Alhadef Alalamia Medical in Tripoli. The role involves coordinating administrative and operational tasks, assisting instructors, and gradually taking a more active role in training delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule medical training sessions and workshops.
• Prepare training materials, manage participant registrations, and handle logistics.
• Support instructors during sessions and, when required, deliver training content.
• Maintain training records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with organisational standards.
• Continuously improve training processes and adopt new digital platforms.

Required profile

• Background in nursing, scrub technology, or another healthcare‑related field.
• Previous experience working in the medical sector.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility and adapt to new tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning and using new software and digital platforms.
