Wireline Field Operator

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Oilfield Services & Equipment Team in Benghazi as a Wireline Field Operator. You will work on wellsites performing routine wireline tasks under general supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out basic duties at the wellsite according to provided instructions.
• Perform tool maintenance, supervise operators, and maintain high safety awareness.
• Maintain records, communications, and job‑related paperwork for yourself and the crew.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and wireline regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts related to ballistics operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑year diploma.
• At least 2 years of oil & gas industry experience.
• Heavy vehicle driving license.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Available to work in Benghazi.

Required skills

• Tool maintenance.
• Wireline operations knowledge.
• Understanding of wireline regulations and safety procedures.
