About the role
Alfa Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join its Tripoli office. You will support daily operations by managing schedules, handling communications, and providing clerical assistance to executives. The role demands strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude to keep the team running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel for senior staff.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic records, including filing and data entry.
- Prepare documents, correspondence and reports using office software.
- Support executives with routine administrative tasks and ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistance.
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
