Explosive Ordinance Risk Education (EORE) Team Lead

About the role

The Danish Refugee Council is seeking an Explosive Ordinance Risk Education (EORE) Team Lead to join its Libya programme under the BRIDGE project. The role involves planning, delivering and reporting on EORE activities and data collection on explosive ordnance victims for displaced and host communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly work plans for EORE and victim assistance (VA) activities.
• Engage and mobilise communities in a culturally appropriate manner.
• Conduct field visits to monitor EORE implementation and maintain beneficiary relationships.
• Support and build capacity of EORE teams to deliver high‑quality sessions and training.
• Organise and deliver EORE sessions, training of trainers, and IEC material development.
• Contribute to SOPs, Training Management Plans and ensure compliance with NMAS and DRC/HDP standards.
• Maintain accurate records, case files and databases; prepare and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and delivering EORE or similar humanitarian training.
• Strong knowledge of National Mine Action Standards and humanitarian disarmament guidelines.
• Ability to work closely with diverse communities, NGOs and vulnerable populations.
• Experience in data collection, reporting and documentation within humanitarian projects.
