Quality Manager – QHSE Lead

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead QHSE initiatives across the factory, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, Greif standards and ISO 9001 certification. You will work closely with business partners, customers and production teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all legal and Greif QHSE requirements.
• Maintain ISO 9001 certification and oversee its renewal.
• Communicate regularly with business partners and customers on QHSE matters.
• Monitor and report QHSE performance, driving process improvements.
• Provide training and awareness programs for factory employees.
• Be present on the production floor daily to support operators and enforce procedures.
• Participate in, and when needed lead, cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a production environment.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local regulations and ISO 9000 standards.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven project management experience.

Required skills

• Quality assurance/control techniques.
• Operation of various testing equipment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
