Wireline Service Delivery Coordinator

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' world‑class Oilfield Services team as a Wireline Service Delivery Coordinator. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring flawless execution of wireline jobs, on‑time delivery, and optimal cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries to meet customer expectations and contract terms.
• Monitor and manage all tasks defined in the MTJC process, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Schedule and dispatch resources according to job specifications.
• Serve as the main client contact for job preparation, execution, and close‑out, maintaining strong relationships.
• Follow client MOC/escalation procedures and raise issues that could affect service delivery.
• Validate invoices against contracts/quotes, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure timely cash collection.
• Perform duties in diverse environments, including client offices, company facilities, remote bases, and field sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in wireline services.
• Previous experience with Baker Hughes is a plus.
• Proven problem‑solver with a methodical approach to complex customer issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness and ability to work at remote sites and on shift patterns.
