WS Field Engineer – WIT

About the role

We are looking for a skilled WS Field Engineer – WIT to join our team in Awjilah, Libya. The role focuses on delivering safe, efficient and reliable product and service delivery to customers while supporting continuous improvement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service delivery to customers, ensuring accurate and on‑time job deliverables.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist design and technical engineers with technical programs and bid activities.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self‑assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Lead service quality meetings with customers and implement action plans.
• Participate in HSE and quality initiatives, wearing appropriate PPE and following HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training and certifications.
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics or related field).
• Experience or strong exposure to field operations and service delivery.
• Good understanding of engineering processes, safety and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness and ability to work in field‑based operational environments.
