Chef for Expatriate Guest House

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Chef to oversee daily meal preparation for expatriate staff staying at our company guest house in Hay Alandalus, Tripoli. The role involves planning, cooking and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals for expatriate employees, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Manage proper storage, handling and inventory of food supplies.
• Assist in planning meal schedules and report food supply requirements to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to prepare a variety of meals and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
