Country Director – Market Expansion (Libya)

About the role

Trade Admire Group is expanding its global business ecosystem into Libya and is looking for an experienced senior leader to establish and grow its market presence across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Trade Admire Group’s presence and brand in Libya.
• Identify strategic business, investment and commercial opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with companies, investors, distributors, manufacturers and industry leaders.
• Design market‑entry and expansion partnerships and connect international businesses with relevant opportunities.
• Represent the group in key business, investment, energy, infrastructure, trade and logistics networks.
• Explore and facilitate connections between Libya and India, the Middle East, Europe and wider African markets.
• Identify opportunities across international trade, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics and strategic partnerships.
• Build a sustainable platform for long‑term market growth.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Libyan market and business ecosystem.
• Proven experience in business development, commercial leadership, market expansion or international business.
• Established professional network in Libya.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation capabilities.
• Track record of developing strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of cross‑border business and international markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create new opportunities from the ground up.
• Previous senior roles such as Managing Director, Country Director, Commercial Director, Business Development Director or similar.
