About the role
A prestigious cardiac centre in Misrata, Libya is seeking a Dialysis Supervisor to oversee dialysis unit operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise dialysis technologists and unit workflow
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling and training
- Monitor patient outcomes and address any treatment complications
- Liaise with nephrologists and the broader care team
Required profile
- Diploma in Dialysis Technology
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
