About the role

A prestigious cardiac centre in Misrata, Libya is seeking a Dialysis Supervisor to oversee dialysis unit operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

Supervise dialysis technologists and unit workflow
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Coordinate staff scheduling and training
Monitor patient outcomes and address any treatment complications
Liaise with nephrologists and the broader care team

Required profile

Diploma in Dialysis Technology
Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
