Finance Consultant

About the role

Websers is looking for a Finance Consultant to lead end‑to‑end finance configurations in Odoo for a variety of clients. You will shape financial cycles, support system integrations and help automate finance procedures while working closely with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure chart of accounts, journals, taxes, fiscal positions and AP/AR processes in Odoo.
• Set up multi‑currency operations, banking reconciliation, cash cycles, costing and landed‑cost workflows.
• Design financial reports, KPI dashboards and prepare opening balances.
• Participate in project scoping, milestone planning, task assignment and delivery tracking.
• Lead finance segments of larger projects, collaborate with PMs and technical teams, and ensure quality of finance deliverables.
• Conduct client workshops, data collection, testing, training sessions and provide actionable financial insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in financial operations and project management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
