Head of Service Line BOS – Algeria, Tunisia & Libya

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Head of Service Line BOS for Algeria, Tunisia and Libya. This senior position leads BOS engagements, service delivery and managed operations across multiple accounts, reporting to the Head of SL BOS of CU ENA and collaborating with EMEA and CSS teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales, service delivery, ADM and ITMS activities for assigned accounts.
• Drive business growth, accurate financial forecasting and KPI achievement.
• Manage a team responsible for SI/ADM/ITMS delivery and ensure execution excellence.
• Collaborate with Customer Fulfilment and Solution teams to maximise customer value.
• Promote autonomous operations, AI and data‑analytics adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee profitability improvement through cost control, quality adherence and automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale service delivery and managed operations within the telecom sector.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, reporting and KPI management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive growth in multi‑country environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, delivery and solution teams.
