HR Officer – Recruitment & Employee Experience

About the role

Alragad Group, a leading home appliances company in Libya, is looking for an experienced HR Officer to lead recruitment and enhance employee experience. The role will manage the full hiring cycle, onboarding, HR metrics, and partner with leadership on workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to selection, ensuring a diverse slate of candidates.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding plan to ensure new hires quickly integrate and succeed.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics such as employee turnover rate, new hire satisfaction, and time to productivity.
• Build and oversee the HR framework, including payroll coordination and performance reviews, aligned with growth strategy.
• Partner directly with leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape organizational salary structures.
