Key Account Manager – Air Freight

About the role

Gazelle Express Services is seeking a full‑time Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships in the air freight forwarding business. Based on‑site in Tripoli, you will act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring smooth shipment coordination and high levels of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with assigned key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues.
• Develop and execute account plans that identify growth opportunities, cross‑selling and upselling within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and pricing teams to meet service commitments and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare regular performance and profitability reports, monitor account health, and forecast demand.
• Represent Gazelle Express Services at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing key accounts, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, assess account performance and support business planning.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and problem‑solving.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
