About the role

Babylonia International Preschool is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join its team in Tripoli. This full-time, on-site role involves designing and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire young learners and support their foundational skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages independence and collaboration.
• Support the development of foundational academic and social skills.
• Communicate effectively with families and staff to promote children’s well‑being and growth.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in lesson planning and curriculum development.
• Background in early childhood education or experience teaching kindergarten-age children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
• Proven experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (preferred).
